Omoesuodara
Visit my Etsy store page at: http://www.etsy.com/shop/OmoEsuOdara Please be patient. The crowns alone take on average 40 hours to make, and I've suddenly found myself busy. That's a good thing that comes to those who wait. I am dedicated to promoting harmony among the varied Orisha traditions of the Old and New World through craft. I aim to bring impeccable standards, artistic integrity and true creativity to an often sagging, moribund genre. I am older than I look and younger than I feel. Born on a Thursday, I am and am not who you think I am. I make things with beads - glass beads, clay beads, seeds and plastic. Wondrous things. I also make things from mud and found objects, creating something great from virtually nothing. Making art is an act of prayer and reveals a spark of the Divine. Ase. I'm from Welland, Ontario, Canada, and have lived in Toronto for three decades. I hold a B.A. in Fine Art and an M.A. in Art History. I teach pottery at night school. I have been making Orisa Tools and Objects since 2005.
